Built on Trust

Swing for Children of Venezuela is built on a simple principle: the people who organize the tournament volunteer their time, while tournament funds are administered directly by Friends of the Children of Venezuela, Inc.

Structure

Who Organizes the Tournament

Swing for Children of Venezuela (“SWING”) is an independent, unincorporated, volunteer-led community initiative that organizes and supports the annual charity golf tournament benefiting Friends of the Children of Venezuela, Inc. (“FRIENDS”).

SWING is not a business or separate charitable organization, and its organizers and volunteers receive no compensation, commissions or profits from the tournament.

Financial administration

Who Manages the Funds

Tournament funds are received and administered directly by FRIENDS.

FRIENDS approves and pays authorized tournament expenses and directs net proceeds to its charitable programs supporting children in Venezuela.

SWING does not receive, hold or manage tournament funds.

Destination of support

Where the Support Goes

For the 2025 and 2026 tournaments, SWING supports:

Apoya a Un Campeón / Support a Champion

After authorized tournament expenses, net proceeds support the designated charitable program.
