Format

Four Players. Eighteen Holes. One Bigger Purpose.

The tournament features an 18-hole, four-person scramble, designed to keep the day competitive, social and enjoyable for players of all skill levels. Teams tee off together at 9:00 AM, with drinks and snacks available throughout the round. The day concludes with an awards luncheon in the clubhouse.

Located in Pompano Beach, Palm Aire Country Club “Oaks Course” is approximately 35 miles north of Miami. Complimentary parking is available at the clubhouse.

Practice facilities open at 7:00 AM, giving players time to check in and warm up before the 9:00 AM shotgun start.

Official Rules

Hole-in-One Vehicle Prize

One Car. One Winner.

One vehicle is available as the Hole-in-One prize, with an approximate value of $25,000.

The first eligible player to record a verified qualifying Hole-in-One on the designated contest hole wins the vehicle prize.

Once the vehicle prize has been won, the Hole-in-One vehicle contest immediately ends. Any subsequent Hole-in-One made during the tournament will not qualify for an additional vehicle prize.

All eligibility requirements, designated hole requirements, distance requirements, witnessing procedures, verification procedures and other conditions are subject to the Official Hole-in-One Contest Rules and the terms of the applicable prize insurance policy.

Can I register by myself?

Yes. Single-player registration is $185, and we’ll place you on a team.

How much is a foursome?

A foursome is $700 for four players. Four individual registrations would total $740, so the foursome saves $40.

What is the last-minute individual rate?

$230, for an individual registering close to the tournament date.

When does the last-minute rate begin?

Monday, November 2 at 6:00 a.m.

Do I need to be an experienced golfer?

No. This format is incredibly beginner-friendly, since you just pick the best shot from your foursome on every turn.

What does my registration include?

Tournament entry, golf cart, on-course drinks and snacks, and the awards luncheon.

Can I rent golf clubs at the course?

Yes, club rentals are available at the pro shop. Please let us know in advance or contact the club directly so we can ensure a set is reserved for you.

Will there be mulligans or raffle tickets available?

Yes! We will have mulligan packages, 50/50 raffle tickets, and entry into our on-course contests (like Closest to the Pin and Longest Drive) available for purchase at the registration table.

Can my company register a foursome and sponsor the event?

Yes. See the three sponsorship levels on the sponsors page.

Can I participate if I don’t golf?

Yes — through sponsorship, a donation, or volunteering. Contact us.
